Contact Center Awards, primul eveniment care premiaza excelenta in industria de contact center

Gala Contact Center Awards, ce se va desfasura pe 26 martie 2009, la Institutul National de Statistica, este primul eveniment de acest gen din Romania si este organizata de catre publicatia Contact Center Magazine.

Industria romaneasca de contact center, care a cunoscut o evolutie semnificativa in ultimii 5 ani, intra intr-o competitie deschisa in ceea ce priveste performanta. Domeniile reprezentate pana in acest moment in concurs sunt: telecomunicatiile, domeniul financiar-bancar si furnizorii de servicii de tip outsourcing pentru industria de contact center. Acestea acopera de altfel, in proportie mai mare de 70%, intreaga industrie de contact center din Romania.
Categoriile propuse au tinut cont atat de implicarea angajatilor in viata de contact center, cat si de activitatea centrelor de contact in sine: Best Call Center Agent, Best Call Center Supervisor, Best Call Center Trainer, Best Call Center Manager, Best Call Center, Best use of Technology, Best Support Center Specialist, Best Support Center Team Manager, Best Support Center Manager.
Vor fi alaturi de castigatori, de invitatii din sala si responsabili cu buna dispozitie, trupa Jukebox.
