Richard Matalon, General Country Manager of L’Oreal Romania, said yesterday that the domestic market’s growth pace in 2008 was higher than that of countries in the region.
“Although the beauty market is declining in some European countries, Romania is a new market, where the growth trend will also be maintained in the current context, if professionals in the field are more visible in the media and succeed in making themselves known to the consumer target,” explained Matalon.
