NYSE listed WNS (Holdings), a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) services firm, announced the launch of its delivery centre in Bucharest, Romania. The 150-seat facility in Bucharest will expand WNS' global delivery capability and serve as a near-shore delivery centre for its global clients with European operations.
The centre is able to provide multi-lingual services in French, German, Italian and Spanish for clients across a range of industries. At the outset, the centre will deliver finance and accounting (F&A) and customer support services.
