A finalist in 4 categories the Company was honored with a Gold award for the ‘Best Outbound Campaign’ under the ‘Best of the Best in EMEA’ Category GroupMellon Romania S.A., member of Mellon Group of Companies and top provider of value added services and advanced technological solutions to financial institutions and other big organizations in Romania, announced today its nomination in 4 categories during the 2nd Annual Contact Center World Awards, ‘Best of the Best in EMEA’.
Competing with some of the biggest in-house and outsourced contact centers in the region, the company received one gold award in the Best Outbound Campaign category, and another three bronze awards for Best Contact Center (51-250 agents), Best Contact Center Agent, and Best Contact Center Trainer. For the Best Outbound Campaign, Mellon Romania presented the project it run on behalf of Banca Romaneasca, regarding the promotion of the bank’s very competitive offering of pre-approved credit cards.
