"There is an upward trend on the domestic market regarding the outsourcing of the car fleet management and it is expected to speed up throughout this year, when we estimate the car fleet we manage will amount to approximately 5,000 vehicles," stated Daniel Ivan, executive officer of Fleet Management Services.
The company derived turnover worth 2 million dollars in 2006, considering the car fleet it managed was made of over 2,500 cars, utility vehicles and trucks, totalling an 85% rise against 2005. The vehicles belonging to pharmaceutical companies such as A&D Pharma, Mediplus and Sensiblu, which amount to 900 in total, account for the bulk of the car fleet managed by FMS.
