The officials of the two companies did not reveal the value of the deal. EasyCall posted 1.8 million-euro turnover last year and 50,000-euro profit, according to the Finance Ministry. Currently the company employs more than 600 people and is the biggest call centre company in Romania, according to EasyCall officials. The company posted a 1.7 million-euro turnover in the first half and estimates to make 3.4 million-euro turnover this year, Vladimir Sterescu says.
EasyCall provides contact-centre services for domestic mobile telephony and financial-banking companies, as well as services to foreign customers. "We are going to develop significantly next year as a result of investments from CGS. All I can say at the moment is that we will develop a joint strategy next month," Vladimir Sterescu, the company's general manager told ZIARUL FINANCIAR.
