XL World Romania is hiring 200 English-speaking agents to support the increasing demands from the UK and US BPO and call centre markets. The agents will join a new unit focused on delivering telemarketing and customer care outsourcing services to the English market
XL World has begun a significant recruitment plan aimed at consolidating its position in the English-speaking markets for business process outsourcing. The initiative is a result of increasing demand from UK and US companies requiring English-language support.
The recruitment process, which will take place over the next two months, will ensure that 200 new practitioners are hired and fully trained by the end of November. XL World currently employs 700 people who deliver multi-lingual call centre services and BPO from four sites in Romania. Currently only 20% of the team is dedicated to projects in English but the plan accounts for a 100% growth in English-language capabilities of the company.
