The value of the transaction, which was carried out in August this year, has not been revealed. Contacted by ZF, AFG officials did not wish to make any comment. This acquisition is part of Endeva's territorial expansion strategy, a company which operates from several locations in Europe, two of which in Romania - in Bucharest and in Cluj, as well as a another centre in Chisinau, Moldova.
Endava's portfolio of services includes IT consulting, project management, IT outsourcing and software testing. The Cluj-based company is expanding its portfolio and will provide different services such as software development and testing, technical support and data processing in the near future.
