XL World is starting up the fourth business centre in Romania, which will go live by the end of September. The opening of the new site will bring along the expansion of the current operation and will allow XL World to build up a wider range of inbound and outbound call centre services.
In order to guarantee availability of agents with the desired skills set and knowledge of languages, XL World is pursuing a strategy of opening multiple sites in university towns. The new site is located in the city of Bacau, an important centre that boasts a remarkable pool of highly-skilled, multilingual staff. Agents having advanced technical skills in software development and help desk support are also available, along with additional services.
Each seat in the new location will be equipped with a PC, VOIP phone and fast Internet and data connection. Videoconferencing and screen sharing systems are also available: these are valuable tools for remote training and monitoring, with the immediate advantage to the client of reduced setup times and cost savings.
