Responsibilities: -managing creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, and directing the creative team in the production of advertising and marketing collateral -provide strong conceptual, creative direction and leadership for client presentations, new client acquisition and new business pitches to sell ideas and work -lead diverse creative teams and enable them to produce amazing interactive experiences and brand communications that are both innovative and usable, all the while satisfying the client’s objectives -develop effective presentation decks quickly and effectively that communicate and or sell in creative concepts to existing and new clients -set the vision and drive the concepts and strategies through the entire creative and development process internally and externally Requirements: -complete Higher Education -5+ years of creative experience in Network Advertising Agency (Full Service) -both art and copywriting background is essential -able to bring a consistent level of enthusiasm and attention to detail on each and every project/opportunity -advanced user of necessary design software -excellent oral, written and verbal skills in Russian and English languages Our Client offers: -competitive remuneration + social package -work in dynamic and developing Company -opportunity of professional growth If you are interested in the following opportunity, we will be glad to receive your resume at cv@newgoal.com.ua
